I just bought a Spring Pass at Mt Bachelor for $129

I was planning on skiing Bachelor for a day or two on my way to the Mammoth/Squaw Gathering so I went to their website to check out lift ticket prices. It turns out the Spring Pass is on sale until Monday: Adult regular price $179, now $149; Senior regular price $149, now $129. It takes 3 days of skiing to start saving money over the day ticket price and the Spring Pass goes into effect March 31. So I will be skiing Bachelor for 3 to 5 or 6 days on the way back home from the Gathering.

Score!  Can you ski park?  The action has been slow this season!   I'll be up there almost every day until mid April.  Then just weekends to finish.  If you want a show around look me up.  (I don't ski park.)  I do enjoy the kids though!

Have we ever met?  The only "Bear" I have met at Bachelor has been Slider, Comprex and maybe one shop owner here who I'm not sure if he is "here" or not.  I like how you offer as well to be a friend (ski buddy) of another from here.  Be good at Bachelor, and don't make me call your mother on you when you are not!   ;)   Mow away!

The Spring Pass starts March 31st so I will probably be there by then or April 1st. I will be staying in the RV parking area in a red 1991 Dodge 4x4 with a pop-up Phoenix Camper on back. Skiing in a blue helmet and red or green jacket.

Like I said, if you want a tour around in case it is your first time get a hold of me.  We can make some turns.  I am 53 and can ski okay enough to take you anywhere.  I am always in a one piece and hang out at Skyliner Parking quite a bit.  Look for the guy in the one piece with orange helmet here in this slide show.    http://albums.phanfare.com/isolated/SA18P97K/1/6455871

Some great skiing today at Bachelor with about 3-4" overnight on top of soft conditions from the day before. It was a great powder day! There was some nice powder turns in the West Bowls and trees, but I don't really know the names of any of the runs that I skied. A nice quick skiway to get back to the Northwest lift made for some nice laps.

It is still snowing so tomorrow could be a repeat or better. Any Bears making it to Bachelor, feel free to knock on my truck camper door. The camper has a EpicSki sticker on the door and sits on a red and white 91 Dodge diesel.OR look for me on the slopes: Blue helmet, green jacket, skiing style: Advanced Flailer.

I went up today because my nephew came to ride.  Frickin' head cold has still got a grip on me.  Looks like I'll be home for a while more.  Slider knows the Mt. better than anyone.  Have a good time.  Much more powder is coming.
