After my new Hestra Heli gloves had some minor stitching issue, I contacted (retailer) and they quickly created customer file and related me to Hestra warranty department. I sent my gloves, no emails, inquiries, questions or any of that sort. 3 weeks later gloves are back in my possession as good as new. Seamless warranty issue process. Needless to say I am impressed with customer service of both Hestra and and I will keep using them as a reputable retailer and good producer that stand behind their product. Also, I am a fan of Stoic gear by and although I had some product issues (tapped seams coming apart - I owned 5 jackets and 2 ski pants, only one had seam issue) most of their products offer great value for the money. Good customer service keeps customers coming back for more. Some Norrona gear is coming my way :D
