hi. I was looking for the meeting time for saturday morning and I couldn't find it.

Spruce Mountain Lodge at what time?

Check in is 7:30-8:00. Hit the slopes at 9:00

Here's the drill:

On Saturday, ARRIVE HUNGRY at the loft in the Spruce lodge between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. - the buffet breakfast will be good and plenty.

Slopes at 9:00 a.m.

Lunch on your own for each group.

Apres ski presentation at 4:30 p.m. at the "Stowebuster", which is downstairs in the building with Midway near the Gondola. There will be signage directing you there.

Happy Hour starts at 6:30 p.m. at H. H. Bingham's, dinner at 7 p.m.

Next day is for each coach and group to schedule. For those who'll be able to stick around a bit after the lifts close, we'd like to see you at The Shed for a farwell from about 4:30 p.m. to about 5:30 p.m. . . . and for as long as you're in the mood and The Shed stays open!

Are you rrrrready to rrrrrrrRUMBLE?!

Waht is HH Binghams?! I should be able to come and heckle you lot Saturday morning, at any rate (I'm teaching all weekend).
I missed a lot of the middle part of the arrangements.
I live out of stowe village a bit (near Shaw's supermarket) so will be keen to get to things but it will depend on where they are (the bus starts this weekend, whoopee).

Ant - HH Bingham's is next door to Fireside Tavern at the Toll Road Area.

keile, sure, drop by for Happy Hour and come back later. The dinner will probably end by 9 p.m., and the bar will close by 10 p.m. or sooner.

Ant, there's still time to join us for the dinner, if you'd like - just let us know. I think epic and his wife will be joining us even though he'll be working on the hill that day . . . is that correct? The coaches, and all of the students who've prepaid for the dinner, are accounted for. Others can pay in advance the same amount paid by each student - but please let me know in advance, as I'd really like the count reported to Stowe hospitality to be very close to accurate.

The breakfast is not a good time to "heckle", though. Others have asked about that, and anyone who's not one of the students, one of the coaches, or a Stowe employee with specific business at the breakfast or the ETU event has been asked not to come to the breakfast or socialize with the classes on the hill. There will be a lot going on - besides breakfast, there will be last minute paperwork, coaches' introductions, and the like. And on the hill, each student is entitled to her or his coach's full attention.

See other post, ant, and perhaps we'll heckle each other Friday night at the Shed?
