Looking for Kids/Youth DIN 2-7 Bindings for a Song

Not urgent, but starting to plan for the next level of youth gear.  If you have some old skis with youth bindings headed for the trash or goodwill I might be interested in taking the DIN 2-7 bindings off your hands.

Shoot me a PM if you have some to get rid of.

Thanks

That would probably be good. As you probably know, there is that point where the 1-4 DIN doesn't cut it. Those start at 3 right?   I just scored a set of 139 CM K2 Juvy that need bindings.  It looks like they had Markers as a matter of fact.  I won't need them this season.

When your kids are finished with them let me know what you'd take to ship them to me.

I also am looking at some 130 cm skis here and there, probably won't need din over 4 for those though.  I like to have future needs covered when it comes to gear.  Much less expensive that way.  I'd rent but hate the extra time spent getting to the lifts from the lot when someone still needs gear.

Don't need any 156cm gs junior race skis/bindings?

Prolly will eventually, but right now we're 65 pounds and just starting to explore easier black diamond trails.  They'll still be on 120s at the start of next season, with the notion of moving up in the 130-140 cm range end of next season.

I was just thinking/hoping shipping was the main cost here, bindings only is pretty painless in that regard,

Looking for handouts here and there and trolling thrift stores and ski swaps in the meantime.  But, definitely have skis that need bindings.  I'd rather drop some higher din bindings on the newer, longer skis than cannibalize the 120s for a binding that I know will be insufficient within under 2 years.

Also, doing that allows me to pass the 120s on to another bear ready to go.

If someone else needs the 156's sooner i.e. you can find a good home for the GS skis go ahead and do that.  I'll find some bindings by the time I need them.  If they've been sitting around collecting dust and you just want them gone send them to me.  They will get used eventually ;-)

Got my daughter these last year, nice binding for that price and allows for adjustment as the BSL changes.

I just pulled the trigger on some Marker M7s from StartHaus thanks to their 60% off sale.  I'm good for awhile, might need one more pair since I've got two kids skiing now instead of one.  But, one will be under 4.5 DIN for at lease one more season.

OK Thrift Store score over the weekend of DIN 2.5-9 DEMO bindings has me good to go with basic needs.  Also have youth boots size 2, 3, 4, and 5 ( or women's 6) and skis 117, 120, 130 (coming), 139, and 149.  Most are in very good shape except the 149s that I got just for the bindings.  Will need to look at bindings again when they outgrow the 4 boots due to lug size change.

Feel better now that I have basic gear for both kids covered through middle school.  If they show a lot of interest and we can get out more than a couple times a year I'll invest in NEWer gear, but what I have is free of core shots, clean toes and heels, and indemnified (except one binding that may not get used).

Next season I'll be giving away whatever is determined to be too small (likely the boots under size 3 mondo 21.5) when we try on and tune up around October.  Will be free to whoever can pick it up in Durham or at a ski meet up. :D
