Best pair of ski's for a strong intermediate - advanced skier?

Hey, I'm a new member on this site and needed help buying a new pair of ski's. I recently bought a new pair or x 100 pro saloman ski boots that serve me very well, but have them with my current rossingol actys 200 ski that I purchased 6 years prior. I would consider myself a more aggressive skier, I enjoy fast speeds and making frequent hard turns. I have been working on carving since last year and have been getting a firm grasp of it and love it. With my current ski's, I hate ice and cant get a good grip on anything hard packed. I feel bumps all the time in these skis and hope to find a pair where I wont feel them nearly as much.

I'm new to buying new skis and forums in general.... all criticism and advice is welcome.

Welcome to EpicSki!  Take a look at the EpicSki articles about buying gear.  Usually helps to know what region you expect to ski in the most often.
