It seemed like January started off here in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho with a nice tempo but then petered out after the first few weeks. Hey we had lot's of Bluebird days on the hill just no freshies! Finally WINTER Has arrived and we got a decent amount of snowfall. With close to 3' falling in a little over a week the resorts were getting a much needed reset. Last Friday we made our way to Mt Spokane where we got in a little powder skiing with some of the crew from The Kan.

No visit is complete without a stop by the Vista House at the top of the mountain off Chair One. Totally covered in Rime. It reminded me of a Gingerbread House. After a quick stop for some pics we were off getting air and searching for the soft snow.
Pretty fun hanging with a bunch of Short Pole-Rippers!
