anyone has experience with flylow warranty service?

I'm trying to check how their warranty works compared to big brand names like patagonia, arcteryx, outdoor research. I've had a few issues with Patagonia with stitches coming loose and I had not issues getting them fixed/replaced after a couple of seasons of use. I've heard good things about OR and Arcteryx as well. But can't find much on flylow.

I'm pretty tempted to try some flylow gear, but I'm curious about how a relatively small brand would compared to big names known for excellent customer service...

or maybe their stuff just doesn't break, so there is nothing to know about their warranty ;)

Yup.  My 4 or 5 year old Chemical pants look like they will never die. Just used some spray on DWR and good as new.

Yep, most of the feedback I've seen is that they make bomber stuff... anyway, I went ahead and bought some gear, hopefully I won't regret!

As a Colorado based company owned and operated by locals who are passionate about all things skiing/riding I can tell you that in my dealing with just contacting them for information it has been nothing but 100% customer-focused.

I own a couple of their jackets and love them. Well thought-through, perfect pocket placement and key features that make sense; not just for looks.

They are really great people, committed to making great products, and standing by them. I bought my son a pair of Chemical pants, and he's coaches in them for close to 80 days a summer at Mt. Hood, where they take a beating…..and they look great after I think four seasons. We've bought gloves, pants, shells, and insulated jackets. Adult kids, my wife and I. Zero complaints. We own a TON of Patagonia, Arc, OR, Marmot, etc. Even have some high end race oriented stuff: Phenix, Halti, Goldwin, etc. I don't think there's a better product line, value and design-wise, than FlyLow.

I have no affiliation with them, BTW.
