Head I-Supershape Rally

Good morning,

New user.....just found this site. Need a recommendation. 50 years old, 5'10, 180 lbs. Have been skiing for 42 years, although took several years off in my late 30's early 40's. Spent 100% of my younger years skiing the east on racing skis, 70% of my time on slalom skis, 30% on GS although as I got older, I enjoyed GS more. When my kids got interested, I broke out my old gear and got back at it. Four years ago, my friend insisted I try his Volkl AC30's. I could not believe how much easier it was to ski and how well they performed for a non race ski. Been skiing on a pair since. Time for something new. Have been looking seriously at the Head Supershape Rally. I spend most of my time on hardpack groomers enjoying both short turns along with a good bit of high speed cruising. Would the Head be something I might enjoy? Other suggestions welcome. Thank you for any input!!

Did you get a chance to read my long term test review? Here it is in canes you didn't see it, http://www.epicski.com/t/123628/long-term-test-2104-head-supershape-rally. I think it could be a viable option for you, for sure.
