my foot is 275 mm x 116 mm with high instep. which boots to try?

I usually end up in a 28.5 to get enough width. I have a small collection of custom footbeds. Even when upsizing I can end up with pain owing to width and my high instep and pressure on the upper outside of my instep - garmont boots do this.

I bought a pair of scarp hurricane pros from stp in 28.5 and the feel pretty good. I have 25 mm behind the heel. Thinking about trying a 28.

Any wide lasted boots to suggest that support a high instep?

Thx

Agreed on the metric conversion - so I think I should be good according to the FAQ but a 28 (which is their next smaller shell) might be a better fit lengthwise but not sure how it will be on width. Any other boots to look at. How about the new Lange RS?

get the length right (by going down a shel size) and then see a boot fitter to make the forefoot wider.    They SHOLD be able to get 5-10mm per side.

by going down a size it will be 2-3mm narrower, so easy to make the boot feel like the bigger shell
