Happy Anniversary to Me

Ten years of Epic bliss. I am most grateful for all the effort that goes into this site, by the administrators, volunteers and mere skiing  mortals.

It is good to be able to come to a place where everyone understands that skiing is not just something you do. It is part of life itself.

And so to celebrate, I just dropped $$$ on a full tuning kit at Artech which is offering a 20% discount in honor of this momentous occasion.

Not really - I mean the occasion part. The 20% off is real.

Happy trails all.

Just kidding Baz, you bought them fair and square - I just miss them.  Hope you're well.

Dislocated shoulders....His was far worse than mine

Vist bindings....He owns my former Vists

and, we got to make some turns during the Epic Summit Co Gathering

Thank you, my friend, for that lovely remembrance. Funny you should mention it, but today was the 4th anniversary of that shoulder dislocation/rotator cuff tear. To celebrate that crash, I sat on my ass and prepared a gear review. No injuries were incurred, except, perhaps, to my reputation.

I, too, look forward to making some turns with you at JH next year. I plan to head out shortly as it is a sturdy walk from Maine to WY. If you like, I can swing by Philly and collect you.

I forgot that you owned the VIST's, which I got via Phil, as I recall. Check out my Lange boot review for a binding prop you may recognize.

Be well.

D1

PS: I still have the Pulses and have not given up on them yet.

A pulse is not something you ever want to lose.

LP makes a killer chicken breast.

I see a trip to the Loaf in his future, JH or no.
