I dunno, as it's highly unlikely to happen for me. I guess the answer you're looking for is $130- $170 but even then that`s apparently not enough to get me a slot with you if one of your high rollers rocked up who regularly dropped $250+. Maybe it's just me but if I was ever in the position that that was small change to me I'd be in an A Star in AK not a lesson in Stowe.
Even at 20% tip I'm effectively paying you a wage if $20+ an hour on top of what I've already paid for the service. Some other things I'd be more likely to be doing with the all in cash cost of the lesson and tip:
Buying a brand new set up to buy a turn
A couple of Ferrari track days
A level 1 cert for myself
A day for all my buddies with one of the best guides in the world in La Grave
Maybe even a flight back to Yurp and a week of group lessons with a full ISTD instructor
There's a value equation somewhere here.
I also meant what do you think fair percentage would be for the resort to pay me? I know what I want, I know what they pay me, but I am curious to know what the consumer who is spending their hard earned money on me thinks I should get?
