PLEASE DO NOT inquire at all with any resort about the Academy being hosted at their mountain. We have a professional organization team that will approach any resort we are interested in through the appropriate channels with the full proposal, and any partial or informal info communicated to a resort through inappropriate channels will hurt us.
In addition to the resorts mentioned previously, we have excellent high-level professional contacts with Whistler, Jackson Hole, and bunch more. [/qb][/quote]
AC I was not going to contact any resorts direct. As I am not an organizer I was not in a position to do so. I did inquire regarding lodging at some area hotels, again not the resorts. I only asked for group information to get an idea of prices. I did not mention anything about an academy or Epic ski in my inquiry. This information would be appropriate for the gathering as well.
There seems to be a thought that Summit County Colorado could not compete with the prices in Utah.

As I mentioned before, Copper did sell their 4 pack lift tickets at a very competitive rate. Also they offer the Copper Card on-line for 10.00. It allows you to buy steeply discounted tickets at the window. You may buy up to 4 tickets per card. If anyone knows if this has changed let us know.
Rather than risk stepping on anyone’s toes, I will cease getting anymore information.
