Demo suggestions hard snow skis

Now that I have found my all mountain ski (Nordica Hell & Back in 185) I am looking for a true hard snow ski (under ~80 mm). I am looking to replace my way too short 2011 Blizzard G-Force Supersonic IQ (167), which I otherwise really like for carving up corduroy.

I am a 6' and 185 lbs level 7 skier, still trying to improve my technique by taking lessons regularly. I ski in Europe (Alps). What I like in my Supersonics is the edge grip and forgiveness. I would like a longer radius, though. Somewhere in the range of 16-19 meters in a 175-182 length ski. I am more of a finesse skier than a power skier.

I demoed a bunch of all-mountain skis on-piste in Sölden (Austria) last fall, and I really liked the feel of the Fischer Motive 80 and my Hell&Backs. That might be an indication of the feel that I like. I hope that makes sense.

The Fischer Progressor 900 is on my list. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Head Supershape Speed in 177

Check out the Rossignol Pursuit 18 or HP; I have the 18.   HP has a longer radius, available in 177 cm.   Good grip on the hard stuff but easy to turn.

After some research, I would also like to add the following skis to my list:

K2 AMP Bolt

K2 AMP Charger

Blizzard G-Power FS IQ

Rossignol Radical 8GS Cascade

Any thoughts on these?

The old Fischer WC RC, or newer WC RC PRO. (or the even newer version, RC4 Superior PRO)

If you're looking for something a little less racy, I would look at the Fischer Progressor line.  Less abusive than my old RC4 WC RCs but very close to (if not matching) the edgehold on hard snow.  The Progressor 950 made me fall in love with carving skis all over again.
