I bought a pair of Salomon Impact 120 CS Boots but they are really rubbing badly on my medial malleolus.
I did not feel this inside the store but only after skiing and walking in the boots.
Now my ankles are really sore. Took the boot back to the boot fitter and they added some donuts around the area but the area is still painful and I could barely make it though a 4 hours of skiing.
Never had this problem before.
Any thoughts on other solutions?
The donuts may have helped some but I may need to let it heal for a while.
Old Salomon Performa 7.0 boots where never a problem.
