Patroller looking for a new ski

Thread Starter
Hi - I'm a ski patroller in western New York, ski around 35-40 days a year. I'm looking to upgrade my skis and I want to go to an all mountain ski that is good on the groomers but can handle crud and ice with the occasional day of powder we get. I've been skiing Rossis for the past couple of years and have been happy with them but I'm open to anything. I'm 5'6 and 250lb and an advanced intermediate to advanced skier. Looking for some suggestions. Thanks

Welcome to Epicski, I moved your post to it's own thread. You should get a better response here. Two skis flat tailed skis in the upper 80mm range that I would start with would be the Rossi Experience 88 and the Blizzard Brahma. Both are strong enough to hold your weight and to pull a sled.

Again I would agree with Phil, you may want to try the Volkl Kendo too. 170cm should be good for you.

You do get to use your Pro discount right ? You shouldn't be paying retail for the service you perform.
