Look Pivot 15 - Forward pressure adjustment

I have on older pair of "rock" skis that I would like to set up with Pivot 15 bindings. No problem re-mounting on Autodrive plate with pre-drilled holes.  I know the threaded posts in the heel piece are adjustable. But, wow do I know when I have the correct forward pressure?

Thanks for any info.

Google your question and look for a PDF ALPINE BINDINGS 2012-2013 TECHNICAL MANUAL - Rossignol

Page 18 of the PDF shows the procedure. It is inexact.

These bindings are pretty old (but in great shape).  I looked at the PDF, and it really doesn't seem to correlate.

Other issue I have, is the toe of the boot seems to lift the toe piece of the binding when it is stepped it. This extreme pressure vertically on the toe piece seems odd.
