SInce I live in the midwest I'm intrigued with this place.  Looks like its all black diamond tree skiing.

They don't even own a groomer.

Old school skiing!

Only problem is it takes me twice as long to get there,  as it does Aspen.

^^^^^Tru dat.

I love that place but haven't been there in a few years.  Things have to work out just right w/snow and timing.

All the time I lived and skied in Michigan, I never made it to Bohemia.

Maybe I should reconsider it as a destination ski resort.......especially this season.

Rereading this, I realized the reason I never went to MtBohemia when I lived in Michigan is because it was (IIRC) a 12 hr drive from my house to Bohemia, unless I attempted to drive at Bumpfreaq speed.

If I went to ski Stowe, it was only a 14 hr drive, and a 22 hr drive to Colorado skiing.

@bumpfreaq  - How long of a drive is it for you?  In real time and in Bumpfreaq time

Took me about eight or nine hours IIRC but the only time it wasn't a storm drive I stopped for awhile in Ishpeming to check out the hall of fame.

I think your memory is failing you in regards to your drive time =)

Do you have a calculator or chart to translate BF time and IRL Time?

Just put on a Yoopers CD and buy a six pack.

You'll get there on UP Standard time.
