They come in a couple styles that I've seen. One is a wire frame and fits to the goggle by bending legs on the frames. The other is plastic and is formed prior to installing the lenses using heat. A few of my friends use them and think they are great, too.

The ones I got from Replace-A-Lens are the same as those shown above. The frame is plastic and clips snugly inside the goggles. I paid $59 which I thought was very reasonable but that seems very cheap. Definitely recommended!
