Looking for a spring time side-country and easy day hike ski in the 80-85 waist range, and have narrowed my selection down to the K2 Rictor 82Xti (177) and the Head Rev 85 Pro (177).  Sounds like the 85 will be a little more lively and playful, while the 82Xti will be a little heavier and more stable, and I just need to decide which I prefer at this stage of my skiing life (well past charging off-piste).  Any other differences that might be important? I'm 6'1", 160 lbs, and well into my seventh decade; mounting NTN Freedoms.

Any input greatly appreciated.
