New Year's Eve / Kids in Sun Valley

We are going to Sun Valley for the New Year's week.  Plan is to ski, Mon-Tues. & Thurs.-Fri.  Give the kids a break on New Year's Day.  Wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations for a fun low key New Year's Eve with kids (two girls 8 & 11).

Any and all suggestions are welcome.  We are staying in timeshare in Ketchum.

There is a fundraising event at the River Run Lodge at 9:00 pm called the Bubbly Bash.

It is the premier ski lodge in the country in my opinion. Sun Valley is a classy event.

Call Sun Valley for more info

You could take a winter sleigh ride to the Trail Creek Cabin for dinner

Thanks.  Older daughter kind of turned up her nose at the sleigh ride and at that price well, not if they don't want to.

Will look into the Bubbly Bash.  Heard about it but assumed it was more adult oriented.

You can drive to Trail Creek Cabin if the dinner sounds fun but you don't want the sleigh ride. There's a special dinner at Galena Lodge, which could be fun if you went up there to Nordic or snowshoe, but not sure that would be that appealing to kids. Ice skating at the lodge and going to the ice cream fountain there too?
