Hey everyone!!

Having a major dilemma deciding on which mitt would be the warmest between the Burton AK Oven Mitt or Black Diamond Mercury mitt?? Input to help me decide please!! :)

After too much time online researching I decided to go with the new mitten from Burton - the AK Hover mitt. It has two liners and is very waterproof & windproof. At first I was going to with the Hestra Heli mitt but I do not want to deal with wet leather. I know there is Sno Seal but the only maintenance I want to do is tuning and waxing my skis. Plus there are lots of stories of skiers applying Sno Seal to their Hestras only to find them wet during slope time. The Black Diamond Mercury was the clear choice after my research until I came across the Burton Hover. The Hover seems like a very practical, high-quality, and very functional mitt - I can add or take over the 2 inner liners as needed.

I called Burton and the rep told me that the Hover is the warmest mitten they offer, and the next warmest is the Oven.
