Summit/Eagle snow conditions

Anyone got good info on the Vail pass or loveland pass areas? CAIC seems to be reporting the Vail area as fairly active the last few days and the main concern as persistent slabs that have the potential for largew avalanches. I'm thinking we are going to give Vail a pass but how has Loveland been?

Any info is greatly appreciated

Haven't been to the passes, but inbounds ungroomed has been very stiff in the mornings. Single digit temperatures overnight freeze up the frosting.

I skied Mayflower Gulch at the end of last week. North facing trees were very soft and very few tracks.

It got frickin warm yesterday and it's been really cold at night.  I'd be very selective after this next wave of storms.
