Marmot Basin Skiing (Jasper, Alberta, Canada)

Hey, my first message here. I'm glad there's a forum for skiing :)

So in the past 2 years I've only been to the "school house chair" and i'm completing it confidently, so I was thinking to go for the next step. I'm thinking of trying the "Eagle Express Quad Chair". Has anyone been there and can recommend ? What's the next level after the school house ? How steep is it compared to school house ? I'm going to Jasper this coming weekend so your help will be much appreciated.

You've been skiing for two years and only skied three green runs???
Eagle express would be a reasonable next step

Sleepy Hollow and Old Road are very easy runs although at the top of Eagle Express they are certainly steeper than anything on School House. Having said that, Basin Run off Canadian or Paradise is also very easy (arguably easier) as there is much less traffic until you get toward the mid mountain lodge at which point you can go back toward the base of Paradise or the top of School House with multiple route options.

Have fun, the best views and runs are at the top of the mountain.
