Pennsylvania Newbie The bad luck: First time real injury playing baseball. Always able to walk it off before. Not this time. Full quad tendon tear. The good luck: Have small apt in NYC near Hospital For Special Surgery and sports med docs. Repaired there, Sept 27th. Almost finished ROM, closing on 140-145. Strength rehab next. Play outfield, Sr. league. 75 yrs. old. Ran well, fielded well, before. Question: Can I expect to play the same way by Sept or later (in FL)? Or will I have permanently lost something? Would greatly appreciate any insight or advice. Please be candid. Thanks.
