Dr. Seuss, the Grinch and skiing

Anyone ever not seen this classic? My question is why the he** didn't the Grinch open a ski area on Mt. Crumpett . The vertical looks wicked and he seem to have an exclusive on it's use.

I imagine maybe the Whos may have some type of enviromental impact legislation in place but it just seems a shame to have that much base at Christmas time and all that much drop and not use it.

I can foresee the economic boost to Whoville would be tremendous and if the Whos are blocking construction of an area I can understand why Grinchy got pissed.

I don't know all the facts but it just seems a shame. Don't even get me started on Rudolph and discrimination under ADA.

Can you post it so we can do MA on his technique, please?

Ah, guess he was on a sled. Still, he had a pretty solid tuck here at about 0:32.

Grinch has always been a BC kind of guy.  Look at the guys house.

A cat skiing operation maybe?  He already has the sled.

That's funny!

Just watched the movie with my daughter last week. There's just nothing like the old animated classics.

That was one badd assed dog.  Betting ski jorrring behind that mut would be sweet!

It's obvious.  He's THE GRINCH. This means that he doesn't want people to have fun.  Opening a ski area just doesn't work under that scenario.

Thanks you guys - I needed a good laugh tonight, it's been a helluva day.  The thought of the Grinch as some old cranky ski resort operator was a hoot.  And yeah, the Whos were definitely issuing an EIR as opposed to approving the project.

Typo, I know.
