Good morning all from sunny England.
Ali here, 46 yr old usually extremely fit guy with 35 years martial arts background.
Managed to achieve 100 percent QTR 3 weeks ago, now at home after having plaster cast removed and in straight leg brace. Usual plan ahead for me I suppose, 2 weeks time brace set to 30 deg etc etc.

Did mine during sparring in BJJ, agony or what. I am able to walk around without crutches but I was wondering just how strong are the surgical repairs ? I will be bricking it when it comes to testing it!
