Pennsylvania Newbie. Total tendon tear left leg. I'm  dominant right. Torn during  baseball catch. First time in baseball life (I'm 75, play Sr.Ieague) I  couldn't walk off a fall. Bad luck. Then I think I got lucky. Have small place in NYC and had repair done at the Hospital for Special Surgery by a sports med ortho. Inerior sutures, exterior glue. I'm six weeks out, just finishing ROM. 135 flex; they want 145 and I'll get there. Ortho says 9 months to a year for full recovery. My questions: Will I be able to pivot and jump without reinjuring? Or will it always be a significant risk? Appreciate any opinions and/or advice. Thanks in advance.
