Spring Break March 8 - 14th

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and wanted to see if anyone here would be interested in going as a group on a late season ski trip. I haven't made any plans yet but I'm looking at Whistler as a possibility.

Some info:

I'm a beginning skier with only beginner lessons under my belt so far. I'll be taking lessons weekly starting in January, before the trip. I'll probably be interested in taking a day or two of lessons at the mountain as well.

Welcome to Epic!  I'll be busy in Colorado then, but have heard lots of good things about Whistler.

Welcome to EpicSki!  Where have you been skiing?  Lessons early on is the way to go.  I spent a few days last week with a young woman who got hooked on skiing last season in the midwest.  She had a grand time on her first trip to big mountains.  She worked with an instructor who got her more than ready for the blues that were open.  I'm an older mom who was very happy when my daughter turned out to like skiing.

Hi! Thanks for the warm welcome!

I got my start at a weekend at Serre Chevalier at a study abroad trip and got hooked! I had two days of lessons there. Back in the US, I'm fortunate to go to a college with a nearby ski mountain. I'm taking weekly lessons there starting in January but I plan to head to the slopes this weekend :)
