Bought bushwackers used with quiver killers. The holes over lap at the mounting line so I have to decide if I want to mount them forward or behind the line. I have only ever skied on skis mounted on the recommended line. I ski trees, bumps, all mountain any suggestions?

always mount on or forward of the midsole line, never behind. when we mount and cant get the hold to line up due to previous mounts, we adjust the jig accordingly or move it forward, never backwards.

since there my skis whats your boot sole? if its 306 you should be able to mount some FKS 14 and just go other wise mount forward. I would mount forward jsut as far you need and you will be fine.

Always and Never? Personally, I tend to avoid blanket statements. Sometimes factory mount points are just wrong.

Phileplug comments.

Just to follow up on Phil's comments.

He is right on the mark. Always check and recheck relative position. I even measure myself all before drilling since I have notice some errors made.

Always and never should not be used.

Measure measure,,,,then drill.

Just my respected opinion.
