Nastar equipment rules?

Is there such a thing? I read a lot about Cheater skis so I would guess anything goes?

Pretty sure anything they let you ski or ride the resort on is fair game in a NASTER course.

You just have to declare what that is.  You can't register as telemark and then race alpine or the like.  You can register multiple disciplines, but must use that registration when racing that gear.

Like the others have said-as long as you're in the right category, run what ya brung..........

 

That being said, there's an ongoing debate on the best ski for a NASTAR course, and the answer is that it depends. Course sets are variable enough that on some a slalom ski might be best, on others a cheater GS or even a Masters 21/23 radius ski might give you your best handicap.
