Firearrows f1 boots questions help!

Ok Rees my question I bought em at the end of last year at a great price for a 900 boot. How do I tell whether it was a 2012 model or a 2013 model. Reason being is I heard there were updates between the launch model in 2k12 and last years. Cosmetically it looks the same to me. I've also heard others tell me that there were no changes.

Q2 I'd love to hear reviews from people who rip it on these but also use em in the back country. How's the liner etc? Any hotspots that are common? I'm a little nervous because I have a high arch and room for a six toe between the big and ring toe, narrow heels. C width. Yes I'm a freak. My prob with boots are I get that dreaded dumb feeling on the outside of my feet where it feels like by foot is falling off the foot bed to the side. Yes I have professional footbeds. It was explained this hallense the a boot doesn't fit your feet up and down and the second buckle restricts blood flow. Correct me if I'm wrong. So I sold my old boots and have yet to put these on the snow. My fav boots were the tecnica dragon 129 2009/2010 model. Damn almost wish I had those again. I've been hearing that due to my high arch the f1 will suck. It's got me nervous... So you f1 owners okease chime in. Other boots I'm recently interested in are the cochise, lang 130 rx (green). Rachlie full tilt seth pro model 2013. Thanks for your help!
