You might not like the tune but Hinterseer cranks out some pretty nice turns.  A little reminiscent of old video with Killy at Vail in the trees.

WARNING TURN THE SOUND OFF OR AT LEAST DON'T DRINK ANYTHING.

Leave the sound on.  It's a hoot.  Reminds me of the music that they piped through the base area PA at Stevens Pass in the 60s and 70s.

I am listening to jazz radio, Charlie Parker doing Okie Dokie to be specific. When the audio for the video came on my neck whiplashed and my brain exploded.

Well, almost.

You were warned!  :rotflmao:

The Hinterseer skiing just oozes joy though.

True that. Ms. D1 walked by whilst I was watching and asked why I had a big ass smile on my face.

Before I could and answer, my head exploded.

Almost.

That is, without doubt, the most amazing synchronized skiing I have ever seen.

Are they, perchance, related?

This is who this guy is and some of the stuff he has done.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hansi_Hinterseer

Watched him win at Alyeska.  The guy can still turn both ways though; quickly. (Not the music on my shelf either)

Hansi's dad won Gold and Bronze at the 60 Squaw Olympics.  No wonder he ski's so good.

Definitely the Bob Peters of Austria.  Plays the accordion while skiing.  Amazing.  I wish I could ski like that.

He is also a Rock Star...

Oh man I love this guy!
But I bet Glen Plake would be more fun in person.
