I don't know how many of you are familiar with Elkhart IN but they just recently finished putting together the Pumkinvine trails going from Goshen IN, to Middlebury IN, to Shipshewana IN.   The Pumkinvine is an old trolley rail that has been out of commission for about 20 plus years, until now.  Many of the old line has been made into a bike trail connect three large areas.

Here is the link  http://pumpkinvine.org/

"Elkhart, Goshen, Middlebury and Shipshewana are connected by 25 miles of trails when present development plans are complete. The two sections, totaling 2.25 miles, shown in brown on the map below are on county roads. This Trail Overview page gives information about various sections of the trails."

Its a Big deal in my area, Amish are one of the largest users because it is far safer then riding on the country roads.  We have been seeing a huge number in people biking in our area which is good cause many business depend on the tourist that come in our area.
