If I've done the calculations correctly, I'm almost your exact same height and weight. I was in your same position a couple of years ago and ended up buying the Elan Integra 3.0 in a 178cm. I would recommend buying something a little more advanced than the Integra 3.0 as you'll likely outgrow it fairly quickly and want to upgrade. I found that the Integra 3.0 would vibrate and flap around pretty bad when I would pick up any degree of speed. I picked up a pair of Atomic R9 skis in 170 cm at the end of that season and noticed a huge difference in stability. I felt way more confident on the R9.
So I guess my recommendation would be to buy something you can grow into and won't want to replace after a couple of weeks. Atomic is the only brand I have experience with outside of my original Elans. I love my R9 skis, but they may be a little stiff for you. The R8 is similarly dimensioned, but with more flex. If you spend all your time on groomed surfaces, the Atomic C8 or C9 is recommended quite frequently.
If you're looking for some great end-of-season deals, check out Cupolo Sports on EBay. You should be able to get yourself something nice from him for a decent price and I believe he ships worldwide. Here's a sample listing of his:Cupolo
I would recommend not going longer than 170 cm in whatever ski you decide on.
