Advise on 2005 Rossi Axium 100 rental bindings

My grandson bought on Ebay a pair of Rossi B1 with Axium 100 rental binding on them. He also bought new boots from the local ski shops and they fit him fine. Up until now I have always mounted the family's binding including some new ones with risers, but this binding stumps me.

Rental skis are set up for quick boot fitting and I can see and make the heel piece move but the toe piece is mounted on a rail that is designed to move back and forth and has a scale for setting it up, but I don't know how to release that rail to make it move, any help would be appreciated, especially the sequence of what moves first, second, etc.

The skis have normal wear but the seller did an excellent job on the grinding the bottoms and edges.
