And it varies depending on the particular depth and density of the powder. I had a rough couple of runs at Whistler a few years back in some extremely wet snow, and our guide -- who had worked previously in CO for many years, and knew I was from CO -- told me I was skiing it like CO snow and not Pacific snow. I guess I could have figured that out, but it was a definite light bulb.
