Tecnica Blizzard is looking for a Girl on Fire....Actually they're looking for TWO!

If you're a Girl on Fire or you know a Girl on Fire, you could win a sponsorship from Tecnica Blizzard PLUS a free spot at Keely's Ski Camp.

Details .........

Tecnica Blizzard and Keely's Camp for Girls have collaborated to offer a 1 year Tecnica Blizzard Sponsorship and a Free Entry into one of Keely's Race & Freeride Camps. Camp Locations are Mt. Hood, OR and Snowbird, UT.  Keely's Camp for Girls is founded by Tecnica Blizzard athlete, Keely Kelleher. More info:http://keelyscamp.com/

Will YOU be the next "GIRL ON FIRE"?
Keely's Ski Camp for Girls and Tecnica Blizzard are excited to offer the "Girl on Fire" Sponsorship

One deserving female Alpine Ski racer and one female Big Mountain skier will be chosen to receive a product sponsorship of Blizzard skis and Tecnica ski boots. The chosen "Girl on Fire" will be the athlete that best displays the personal characteristics vital for success both on and off the hill.

Please tell us why you should be picked as Keely's GIRL ON FIRE! Tell us in 200 words or less (and submit a photo or video to support your 200 words) what you have done to prove that you have the insane level of dedication and passion that it takes to excel to the next level. Show that not only do you have it on the hill, but that academically and within your community you have the same passion and dedication. The winners will the ones who show that they have what it takes to work hard to accomplish their goals, that display sportsmanship, mentoring and maintain a positive attitude in life no matter what the hurdles.

We understand that skiing is an expensive sport, and we want to make sure that every deserving athlete has the opportunity to fulfill their passion and put them on the path to MOVING MOUNTAINS!
Good Luck!

(if you do not have a Facebook account, you can submit entries to keelyscamp@gmail.com)

Since Tecnica Blizzard is a sponsor and I've been asked to "social media-ize" this, I'm guessing you want me to slouch on my duties. :D

Too late.    I saw the notice.

My daughter is working on her first rough draft tonite.

A trip to Utah, how nice is that???

Snip from the Q and A

BS- What is the Girl on Fire contest?
KK- The Girl on Fire contest is an opportunity for Junior Female Skiers in the race and freeski worlds to get sponsored for a year by showing us what the’ve got, both academically and athletically! I collaborated with camp sponsor Tecnica Blizzard to give one ski racer and one big mountain skier two pairs of Blizzard skis and a pair of Tecnica boots. In addition the two girls who win also get a spot in the race and/or big mountain camp.
I understand that skiing is an expensive sport, and I want to make sure that deserving athletes have the opportunity to realize their goals. Plus, I think it’s important to show the skiing world that the camp is not just targeting racers. I want all girls who love to ski to get involved.
