yes still available and that is the color. I can take pics but that's it and it is a better representation of the actual color which is a nice kelly green. I really like the jacket I just have too much stuff and it will just end up sitting in my closet.

OK, OK, OK,, jacket is staying here.  I am down to 4 jackets now.   1 lighter weight nanoshell softie for warmer days and hiking, heavy weight softie, down for uber cold and this one.  That's not too many? (looking for gratuitous support) ;)

Maybe I'm not the one to ask. (I can think of at least 5 jackets that aren't in the closet, too)

Thing is, cast-offs from that closet might actually fit me. Segbrown, please keep this in mind when choosing styles and colors, going forward. Thank you. smile.gif

Finn, the jacket is a "sunk" cost so you might as well hold on to it. Seems as if it fits perfectly in your jacket quiver smile.gif

Too many?

Four, that's nowhere near enough.

What colors do you have at the moment.

I'll start a "Help Finndog pick a new Jacket" thread if you think that would help  ?

Jimmy, you are too kind and thoughtful..........

NO! Dammit, I don't need anything; I blame Seg.......  (it can't be my fault)

Well, except a pair of touring boots and some Radical ST's.  Jimmy, can you help finding me a killer deal on some Radicals?  ;)

The question though is, are they all yours, or are those yours and your husbands, etc.?  There are some muted male-type colors in there.

Jimmy, you're intruding on @Trekchick and @Betsy's domain here of "dress this mess" (Ok, why is the "@" sign not giving me a little drop-down menu?  Does it not work in Firefox?)

Ah, the "@" sign doesn't go active until the 9th.  I guess that explains why it's not working.  ;)

Have you seen the pants that segbrown wears?  She rocks those pants...  I just didn't associate her with wearing grays and blacks as well.

KevinF my friend, your jacket improvement project was significantly more difficult than the challenge that Finndog presents. I would never interfere with or think that I am capable or worthy to do the good work that TC and Betsy have done for you. They brought function together with good taste as well as as bunch of gentle persuasion to what had to be one of their more challenging re-Jacketing Projects. The results speak for themselves.

Finndog is a much more willing subject, he knows what he likes and when he is done with a jacket, it will probably fit me.

haha ... no, not his. My daughter and I share, though. That's my excuse.

And you've seen my find-me-first-in-a-treewell pants, I tend to balance with a more demure upper half. :-)

(most of those things in the closet are not outer layers, anyway ... it's just that everything is in one place)
