Descente has started to offer their 2013 / 2014 Passport jacket and free lift tickets. In 2011 I got my first jacket when I was in Utah because there were 4 resorts with free tickets (1 was a buy 1 get one so that one wasnt as valuable).  A local ski shop in Utah was offering 20% off the jackets so lift tickets in Utah more than paid for the jacket, then I still had all the other lift tickets that I could still use.

I found this year's 2013 / 2014 list here:

Here's a link to the 2012 / 2013 list if you want to compare:

Looks like Utah is down to 1 location, losing Alta, Sundance, and Solitude (the main reason I bought the jacket was to use them all on 1 trip).  In NY, Wyndham is still gone, but they have added a 4th Belleayre Winter Snow Park (about 2.5 hours north of NYC)

I'm not sure yet if I'll be buying another jacket this year to get the free lift tickets -- a bit disappointed with the lack of Utah tickets.

Is anyone else buying this and looking to trade?

What a deal! With purchase of any 2013 / 2014 Descente Passport jacket you get free lift tickets to many ski areas. You get to ski FREE when you purchase your Descente Passport ski jacket. Once you get your jacket, just take the passport booklet to the lift ticket window wearing your new Descente ski jacket. The lift ticket agent shall pull out the page to the area you want the lift ticket and they will issue you a one day lift ticket, no questions asked. Enjoy!
