I have a pair of Dynastar skis (Speed Carve 63) that I bought two to three years ago. They came with a pair of bindings that is integrated into the whole system.

As I was told, I kept the binding setting to the lowest level during off season. Now, do I need to greese up the bindings? Someone said I do not have to because they are sealed. But, if I need to do it, what kind of greese should I use? What parts of the bindings should I apply it to?
