I'm looking for an old Salomon PR table

This might (probably will) sound ridiculous, however I'm trying to get my hands on an old Salomon PR size chart/table/calculator. I remember the premise of how it worked but I can't think of exactly what information Salomon was using at the time and how that was used to calculate ski size. I have looked all over the Internet and the best I've found was a 2004 ski size chart, close but not a PR chart. If anyone has an old copy of one you could dust off and either attach the image or link, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for looking.

Kastle has an online ski sizer for their line of skis where you choose the ski, your height, weight, ability, type of skiing, preferred terrain etc. Then they tell you what ski length that you should be on.
