Dynastar Acryglass Skis

Hello all,

I had a question I was hoping some of you experts could help me with. I recently

came into ownership of some older skis that belonged to a friend. I have never been skiing, I have no idea if these are even a good brand, and I have no idea what they might be worth, or if I could even use them for myself. Assuming they were my size I might attempt to take up skiing as in the near future. On the other hand, if they are not, I'd be interested in selling them and I'm curious if anybody could give me a rough estimate of what they are worth.

I'd really appreciate the help!

Obsolete skis, bindings are no longer approved for use by anyone.  Sorry, they are pretty worthless other than for ski house decor or making novelty furniture from.  They are about as useful as a betamax with no tapes.  You could probably ski them of you know how to adjust the bindings yourself and were willing to take all of the risks, but I don't recommend selling them to anyone without strong disclaimers NOT to actually try to ski them.

That said, I'd ski them maybe 30 minutes for kicks but I wouldn't pay money for them.

I echo crgildart for the most part.  they are worth about $10 to me if I could pick them up. SLC area.  they were a great ski in their day(circa 1980)
