The Dead Never Die

First, there was the K2 limited edition version of a Grateful Dead ski.  Then, HEAD cranked out the "Jerry."  Now, it is Ski Logik's turn with one of the most beautiful tops I've ever seen:

I agree, those are purdy!  Has anyone ever attempted to license any actual artwork done by Jerry Garcia for a pair of topsheets?  One of my favorite neck ties has an image on it designed by Jerry.  I'm pretty sure that the ties were marketed and sold while he was still alive though.  Anyway, I think it would be cool if someone could use his actual artwork in a tribute ski.

Interesting how Jerry keeps designing ties from beyond the grave. I have a bunch.

Anyone notice the amount of the "limited" ski run is?

420 pairs is very appropriate, of course.

And here is the history of the 420/4:20/4/20:  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/04/20/what-420-means-the-true-s_n_188320.html

Some lucky person will win a free pair...SkiLogik has a contest going on for the number 420 ski.

This is likely the ONLY way I'll get my hands on these but I do love the top sheet!

If they think they're selling 420 pairs of those, they really are high.

Much agreed.... Even the k2 versions of those are still on eBay or mounted in shops.
