I am looking for some advice on how to better prepare my body for the impact of dropping cliffs.
I can pretty comfortable drop 8 to 10 foot cliffs but am a little intimidated by anything bigger, mainly afraid of hurting my self. I am currently about 30 lbs overweight (should be solved by the start of the ski season), I have the stamina to ski hard all day and am very confident in my skiing.
Are there any good training methods that have worked for other people? Or ideas on how to practice proper form of landing? I am doing Crossfit(focus on hips and thighs) and training really hard for next season.
Any ideas/discussions would we greatly appreciated!
