I am a bit of a jacket junkie and I bought this SV New Without Tags in a Medium. Got it, turns out it was too big, can't return it. Never worn except to try on.
Looking for $175 (what I paid)
If it really comes down to making or breaking a sale over shipping, I wouldn't give a crap and would toss it in.
And asking $175 for a new jacket that has never been worn (save the 30 seconds it took to try it on) is reasonable. Who cares what I paid if it is unused?! I'd totally get it if it were skis that depreciate the second you mount them.
My logic was, "Hey...you can't find this for less that $225 (including fleabay) anywhere. Since I was fortunate and did, I'd pass along the love."
If someone really felt it was an unfair price, they could feel free to make a reasonable offer. I don't care. I would just hate to see someone pay $50 - $75 (+ shipping) more for a brand new jacket.
I am 5'7 ,170. The sizing chart is here: http://arcteryx.com/sizing-chart.aspx?EN/men-s-athletic-fit-jacket-sizing-chart The cut is more loose than, say, the Atom LT. (probably to accomodate for layering)
On me, the wrists synch right around the base of my thumbs when I extend my arms out. (my sleeve tends to run a 32/33)
I stil have plenty of room when zipped.
I hope that helps. Thanks!
