This was all that was open on Opening Weekend....and with deals and events and parties. Our of sight of the pic were the full bars, full restaurants, the events in the village, the decent occupancy rates and the newbies on snowplay areas. It was profitable.

In one year, 5000 newbies - on a hill with 8,000-10,000 beds - over a weekend were exempt from the $40/day parking fee (charged by the governMint) and that orange chair had $20 day tix. The place sold out of hotdogs and canned drink.

Maybe resorts should work on shifting away from promising Bumper Seasons with b/s predictions of mega dumps, and concentrate on the demographic that's happy with a WROD for the little kids with Value.
