Different grades of P-tex materials

There are different p-tex materials with different grades and different additives, namely:

P-Tex 1000 extruded

P-Tex 2000 sintered
P-Tex 2000 Ga/In sintered
P-Tex 2000 Electra sintered
P-Tex 4000 sintered
P-Tex 4000 Ga/In sintered
P-Tex 4000 Electra sintered

I also heard people mentioned P-Tex 7000; 7200 & 8000 - what are they? How are they different from the 4000 Electra?

I can remember a couple of decades ago the particular P-tex material in the base was a selling point, 4600 electra-glide as opposed to P2000, etc., etc.  Now you are lucky if the manufacturer tells you whether it's scintered or not.  Base material has been replaced in the marketing by "liquid metal', "intelegence chip", "flip-core" this,' titanol' that, rocker, and other more modern buz words.
