Boots the work with high Instep?

I'm looking to get a new pair of boots for next season. I've always had a hard time gettting bots to fit really well. To date I've only skied 10 or so day a year so I've never spent a lot of time in the selection process. I've now move to within a mile of a ski area, 30 to 40 days of skiing are in line for next year. I'm now looking for a boot that tends to work well with a high instep.

My plan is to find a good fitter and go from there. Still I'm curious which boots might be a good starting point.

Thanks

just about every brand makes a model that fits a taller instep.  (usually a wider boot)

technica seems to do this well. (but again, as do MANY companies)
