Between a rock and a hard place.

I have a question, my son is 10 and an aggressive skier. He likes to ski mainly in the park and I am looking to get him new equipment for next year. He will probably be in a size 6 boot by next year but should only be tall enough for about 138-145 cm skies. This puts him on Jr skies and binding but in adult boots, I would like to have his equipment last for at least 2 years. Does anybody have any suggestions on what equipment would be best, go to an adult ski that may be too big or try and stay with a Jr boot that won't last?

A number of manufacturers make teen boots that should fit him. Salomon has teen boots through at least 26.5 (8.5 ish).

My daughter was in the same situation.  I managed to find a adjustable binding that the variation and had it mounted on her ski.  Mind you she has big feet (flippers actually biggrin.gif) 26.5 for an 11 year old.
