Comments: Skied these at Mad River Glen, VT, and fortuntely had a chance to try them in all sorts of snow conditions. I'm either in the bumps or the trees, so i was looking for a good compromise between floating and short turns. This ski definitely fits the bill. I was very impressed with it's ability in the bumps. One thing i should note is that this is a more traditional ski, not much shape. They're not nearly as turn happy as the T50 5*, but perform much better in the bumps. In the powder and crud they do above average, even with relatively "tradtional" measurements 108-70-96mm versus say the G4 at 106-83-116...the g4 has an extra 13mm in the waist! The G3s were great in the trees and othwise tight spots. Not an effortless ski by today's standards, but well worth it when you're in a jam. Oh yeah, they are a blast on the groomers too, a true all-mountain ski.
